Returns upon revocation
You can return goods as good as new to us within 30 days of receiving your order. For the return shipment you will receive a return label from us for a free shipping return. The return costs by forwarding agent are to be borne by the buyer. The items must not show any signs of use and must be returned in their original packaging. If you want to exchange the item or want something different, please order again.
Returns in the event of a defect
Should one of the delivered items show a defect, please contact us by email or by phone (see point "Procedure"). We will endeavor to find a quick and satisfactory solution!

Registration of the return: Contact us by email and register the returns. We will send you a franked DPD return label immediately. With this you can send your package back to us free of charge.
Packing the item: Put the article and a short note that the package is being returned in the original box and stick the return label on the sealed package so that it is clearly visible. If necessary, secure the contents of the package well with filler material.
- Sending a return: Post the parcel at the nearest DPD parcel shop.
Note: Please keep the parcel label or the shipping confirmation so that we can contact the responsible transport service in the event of any problems.
As soon as we have scanned the parcel as a return, you will receive brief information by email. The purchase amount will be refunded to you immediately. We ask for your understanding that the reimbursement may take up to 14 days.
